How installation works

1. Compatibility check: We verify system type (single/2-stage, heat pump, auxiliary heat), confirm/control the C-wire, and assess Wi-Fi signal.
2. Professional install: Clean removal of the old stat, mount/level the new base, wire and label terminals; add a power extender kit if needed.
3. Setup & tuning: Connect to your app, name zones, set schedules, optimize heat-pump settings (balance points, aux heat lockout), and adjust fan/comfort options.
4. Walk-through: We show you the controls and quick tips to save energy without sacrificing comfort.

Rebates & bill credits

Many counties and local utilities offer rebates for qualifying smart thermostats and, in some areas, demand-response bill credits for enrolling in peak-time programs. Availability changes by ZIP code. We’ll check eligibility during your visit and help with basic paperwork where possible.
