• Fan-assisted wall furnace: faster warm-up, more even room temps.
• Gravity/top-vent (legacy style): simple design; consider upgrade if venting or safety is a concern.
• Controls: built-in or wall thermostat; optional smart thermostat (where compatible).
• Sizes: typical 10k–35k BTU—we size to room volume and insulation so you’re not over/under-heated.

4. Professional install & start-up: precise cut-in, sealed vent termination, gas shutoff/sediment trap, leak and combustion checks.
5. Inspection & handoff: we walk you through operation, filter/cleaning (if fan-assisted), and simple care tips.

Safety notes

• We verify CO safety, clearances to combustibles, proper vent slope/termination, and fresh-air considerations.
• We recommend CO alarms in the living area adjoining the heater.
