Commercial Ventilation—Exhaust, Makeup Air & Fresh Air

Move air safely and efficiently—by design. We engineer, install, and service balanced ventilation for offices, retail, gyms, restaurants, classrooms, warehouses, and light industrial spaces. The goal: the right air changes, good pressure, low noise, and code-compliant operation.

What we do

  • Exhaust (restrooms, copy/print, utility rooms, process areas)
  • Makeup/Fresh air to replace what you exhaust—no drafts, no doors sucking shut
  • Energy recovery (ERV/HRV) to save heating/cooling while bringing in outside air
  • Demand-control ventilation (CO₂ sensors) so you ventilate more when spaces fill up and less when they’re empty
  • Test, adjust, balance (TAB) and ongoing maintenance

Where it fits

  • Offices/classrooms needing steady outside air
  • Retail/gyms with higher occupant loads
  • Warehouses/production with spot exhaust and tempered makeup air
  • Restaurants/food prep (we coordinate with hood vendors for dish/restroom/general exhaust)
  • IT/server rooms needing pressure and spot exhaust

Systems & options

  • Fans: inline, rooftop upblast, wall fans with curbs/backdraft dampers
  • Makeup air units (MAU): filtration and optional heat/cool
  • ERV/HRV cores: energy recovery; economizer integration where appropriate
  • Controls: CO₂, occupancy schedules, BAS integration; quiet ECM/VFD fan drives
  • Acoustics: lined duct sections, silencers, low-noise grilles

Project flow

  1. Site survey: measure loads, check existing exhaust/fresh-air paths, pressure issues, electrical/roof access.
  2. Design & written pricing after the visit: airflow rates (CFM), equipment selections, controls, and layout.
  3. Permits & scheduling.
  4. Installation & commissioning: hang/flash fans, set controls, verify airflow and pressure.
  5. TAB & handoff: deliver readings, O&M basics, filter sizes, service schedule.
